Air traffic control for your coding agents.
Your agents ship faster than you can read. Agentic Traffic Control brings every session, decision, question, blocker and merge into one live picture, and calls you in only when it matters.
Works with Claude Code today, on your machine or in the cloud. GitHub and CI included.
A swarm gets a lot done. You lose sight of it.
Ten agents across twenty tickets, an orchestrator handing out work, CI running in parallel. The output is real, and so is the fog: which agent is stuck, which merge is risky, which question has been waiting an hour, and why the same blocker keeps coming back.
πSee it all at once
One stream from every agent, GitHub and CI, folded into a live board. "Status on 412" is a glance, not a question you have to ask an agent.
πInterrupt only when needed
Questions, blockers and risky merges come to you. Routine progress waits for your next review.
π§Fix the system, not the task
Blockers are clustered by cause, so you can see the missing doc or flaky test behind ten stuck agents.
Choose how you manage, from ways people already run teams
Each lens answers a different question. Turn on the ones that fit how you work, mix them, and tune them as your agents earn trust.
π«Bridge
What is happening right now?
A live board of every agent: what it's on, what it's doing, how long since it last made progress. Quiet by default. It speaks up when an agent changes course or asks a question.
π½οΈChef's pass
What needs my approval before it ships?
Merges queue at the pass with a diff summary, files touched and a risk rating. Approve, or send one back with notes. Docs-only changes can go straight through.
π¨Andon cord
When may an agent interrupt me?
Agents pull the cord when they're stuck. Blockers are grouped by cause, so you can see where things keep going wrong and fix the system: better tickets, missing docs, flaky tests.
π¬Dailies
What should I review, and how often?
A condensed reel of everything since you last looked: decisions, course changes, questions and merges. Approve, deny or redirect in one sitting.
π©ΊTriage ward
Which agent needs attention?
Vitals for each agent: CI pass rate, tool-failure streaks, tokens used, time since progress. It alarms only when an agent is outside its normal range.
πΊοΈMinimap
Where is the trouble across many units?
Agents grouped by project and ticket, with idle and stalled ones flagged, so you can jump straight to the hotspot.
Connected in five minutes
No agent framework to adopt. Your agents keep working the way they do now. They just report in.
Install the hooks
One command adds Claude Code hooks to your repo. Sessions, tool failures, permission waits and stops report themselves, and a slow or offline tower never holds up an agent.
Add the skill
A skill file teaches agents to report what hooks can't see: decisions, questions, blockers and course changes, with a cause and an urgency.
Connect GitHub
A signed webhook adds pull requests and CI runs to the same stream, matched to the agent and ticket behind them.
Run your lenses
Bridge, Pass, Andon and Dailies light up straight away. Act from the board, or follow a link to the PR, run or session.
curl -fsSL https://agentictrafficcontrol.com/install/install.sh | shRead the connection guide and the versioned event schema first if you prefer.
Built to be trusted with your codebase
Scoped, revocable tokens
Each project gets its own ingest token. Only a hash is stored, and you can rotate or revoke a token without touching any other project.
Secrets never leave the slim payload
Hook payloads are cut down to a line each, and anything that looks like a credential is redacted before it's stored.
Observes, never steers
The hook endpoint always gives an empty answer, so the tower can never approve, block or redirect an agent on its own.
Signed GitHub deliveries
Webhooks are checked against your project's secret before a single field is read.
